When the grass gets thicker, then start cutting. Leave the clumps alone for a week or two, and they'll start to grow and spread out. Help with Silos Question So I bought a silo and located next to my Pig barn, but it is not supplying any hay to the inside of the barn like any other silos in my farm. You MUST have a silo to harvest Grass for animals.
